My submission is final. All copy, offers, pricing, dates, disclaimers, audience details, and other information are complete, accurate, and approved for production.
KARMA jack will build the email using the information exactly as submitted. What you submit is what will be delivered.
Each request includes email production, internal quality control, draft scheduling, and final delivery confirmation.
Standard pricing is $250 per email. Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days. Expedited or same-day requests are subject to availability and additional fees.
Changes require a new request. Any change needed after submission, including copy, images, offers, templates, layout, audience, or direction, must be resubmitted as a new email request and billed accordingly.
Custom creative is not included. Custom graphics or other creative work must be submitted through the creative request process and may require additional fees.
KARMA jack does not deploy the final email. KARMA jack will prepare the draft schedule, but the client is responsible for final review, activation, and deployment.
Submitting this form authorizes production and billing under the applicable SOW and pricing terms.
